ROAD TRIP.

During the holiday season, I often like to get away from Tokyo and head to some remote location in some distant corner of the world. But for days now, I’ve been looking forward to my destination for Fuji. Yup. Mt. Fuji. But it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey. For some reason, I feel a need to explore and experience Japan again. It’s funny how things always have a different reference point for different people.
Here's a review of what's been going on the past couple days.
These shots were all taken with the awesome Canon EOS 7D. Let me know if you notice an improvement in the quality of photos in future posts. I just picked up the Canon 7D camera. I normally would go with portability over the megapixels but I figured since my GR was still technically breathing, I opted to go for the 7D and see if it would blow my mind. Quite honestly, it's very difficult to get used to. I'm still playing around with it and trying to figure out all the settings. Maybe it's time I take some photography classes.
But this camera is amazing and packs quite a punch.

おわら風の盆行きたくなりました。熱狂的でアクティブなねぶた祭も楽しいですが、風情のある幽玄で、胡弓や三味線などの伝統的弦楽器の音に惹かれます。
Needless to say, we needed to be rolled out on a stretcher. Afterwards, we played some catch. It’s a good idea to bring some physical activity like frisbee, baseball gloves, etc to keep yourself distracted and active during the trip.
Katsu and I agree that the most beautiful mountain to see is Mt. Fuji.

She always loves the everyday observations ad oddities that occur on a regular basis.
ちょっと変わった出来事や物を観察するのが大好きです。
Repeat: Some great conversation can be had during a road trip. But it’s equally important to know when to shut the F up sometimes.
Really spectacular and stunning views everywhere you look.
Team got together and shared a night out on HeartLand Asagiri.
寒かったけど、星空が最高にきれいでした。やっぱり自然はいいね。

SUNNY DINER
Kitasenju is a state of extremes. The great food is also an example.
Check out this burger! Kitasenju is synonymous with SUNNY DINER. When you've filled up on burgers and fries at McDonald's, I highly suggest the SUNNY DINER in Kitasenju.
OK, OK…now that I’ve opened up the debate, who makes the best burger in the land?

The traveling just never ends. Right after Fuji, I go back straight into my home.
BBQ's pacing around bi-annual right now.
Happy mothers day to all the ladies...especially my mom. Thanks to Moms for never given up; you deserve the world now go and live it up.
The outlets they have in Ami, is awesome...when it works.
But it's an incredible example of urban development. Other cities needs to taken heed.
Its been a long, long, long day. She looks like wrecked and crazy tired.
With that comes some craziness. Suburbanites come from the outskirts to raise hell and ill shit usually goes down. You’ll see what I mean.
Dogs are more fashionable than humans in other cities.
